I’m doing the I Quit Sugar Detox by Sarah Wilson. I’m on week 3. Week 1 and 2 is all about reading labels and realizing how much sugar you are eating on a daily basis. Week 3 we go cold turkey. Coco-Nutty Granola. Instead of buying granola from the store that can be full of hidden sugars- Make your own. Directions: combine coconut flakes, almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts and pumpkin seeds - Roughly chop using Vitamix. Add to mixing bowl with cacao, cinnamon, coconut oil, coconut butter, flax seeds or chia- mix well. Add rolled oats to the mix if desired. Lay all ingredients on baking sheet in oven set to 250 F. Bake 20-40 mins until crispy and golden brown. This granola is high in protein/healthy fat and low in sugar. Enjoy with green yogurt and toasted coconut flakes! #raw #organic #foodie #goveg #vegetarian #paleo #granola

Another way to get your fat, protein, and carb #macros. Easy, quick meal. Simply cut an avocado in half. Remove pit and crack an egg in both sides of avocado.
