Day 2 of Sweat A Day! Just tried this for the first time. I’m not really good at these but this is something I’ve always wanted to try. I’m hoping to get better at these and build more strength and balance. 1 leg squat… The idea is to eventually do it with out the support of the wall and ball, maybe add weight, but for the time being I am just going to work on better form. Because you have to balance it actually really works your core too. September is the month I am focusing on squats.
